By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a consultation.

2. About the site

This is the official portfolio website of Emersxn. It presents creative work, business concepts, music, modelling, aviation interests, consultation services and invitations to register non-binding interest in early-stage ventures.

3. Memecoin education consultations

The advertised $500 consultation is a one-to-one beginner education session, delivered by phone or in person on the Gold Coast as selected during booking. It may cover wallet and tool setup, transaction mechanics, liquidity, market-cap and chart basics, security practices, scam indicators and risk controls.

The consultation does not include personal financial advice, recommendations to acquire or dispose of a financial product, trade signals, managed trading, custody of funds, guaranteed returns or recovery of trading losses. You remain responsible for your accounts, wallets, credentials and decisions. You must be at least 18 years old to book.

4. Booking, payment and changes

Bookings and payments are processed by Square and may also be subject to Square’s terms. The price and appointment details shown at checkout apply to the booking. Any cancellation or rescheduling conditions displayed during booking form part of the agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Venture expressions of interest

Information about PROFINDr and Velora is preliminary and may change. An expression of interest is not an offer, invitation, prospectus, recommendation, financial advice, commitment to accept capital or guarantee of allocation. No investment can occur through this website. Any opportunity would be subject to eligibility, verification, due diligence, legal documentation and all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, layout, branding and creative presentation are owned by or licensed to Emersxn. You may view the site for personal use but may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without written permission. Third-party names, logos, music, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party services

The site links to or embeds services including Square, Spotify and Instagram. We do not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Accuracy, availability and liability

We try to keep site information current but do not promise that all content is complete, error-free or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, third-party services or decisions made from general information on the site. These Terms do not limit any non-excludable consumer guarantee or other right under applicable law.
